Chris Geer
Founder and Managing Director of Aspen Management, LLC.
Previous Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Bold
Real Estate Solutions, LLC, a Vail, Colorado-based property
management firm. Chris is a former corporate attorney, skilled
in the processes of contract drafting and negotiation. As
the on-site Managing Director of Aspen, Chris focuses his
energies on doing what Aspen does best—providing the highest
level of property management service in the market.
Paul Washington
Founder and Managing Director of Aspen Management, LLC.
Paul has been an entrepreneur, financier and corporate attorney
for over a decade. He brings a wealth of experience in operations,
finance and law, and is a key component to Aspen’s—and therefore
your HOA’s—success. Paul also specializes in client development,
industry analysis, and operations improvements.
Jody Tracy
Property Manager. A former Realtor and former owner of a
small Illinois-based real estate company, Jody possesses
over half a decade of real estate experience. In addition,
she also possesses significant experience in Board of Directors
interface, vendor and contractor interface, and also has
experience in a multitude of other property management functions
that she has honed over the course of her career. Thus,
her transition to property manager was a swift and natural
one. With the guidance and support of Chris and Paul, Jody
has quickly become Aspen’s customer service guru, taking
care to make sure that your every need is met and satisfied
in short order.
