A Winding Path
While working as a corporate attorney,
Chris Geer, founder and Managing Director of Aspen Management,
LLC, had the privilege of providing legal services to one
of the largest Vail Valley HOA management firms. Thus, when
he was offered a position with that same HOA management
firm, the transition was a natural one. As Senior Vice President
of and General Counsel to that management firm, Chris worked
closely with the President of the company to fine tune its
services, and worked tirelessly to execute the company’s
expansion to the Front Range. Although the venture was by
all measures a success, unforeseeable factors ultimately
forced the Vail company to abandon its plans to expand to the
Front Range. But all was not lost.
Leads to a New Beginning…
Having seen and experienced firsthand
the need for quality HOA management services all along the
Front Range, Chris took a leap of faith and, with his partner,
Paul Washington, formed Aspen Management, LLC. Aspen’s Mission?
To bring an unparalleled level of quality customer service
to the HOA’s of Colorado’s Front Range.

Out with a Bang.
And that is exactly what we did. How?
By securing as our first client one of Colorado’s largest
completed HOA’s—The Rock Creek Master Homeowner’s Association.
Taking care of this already well-maintained community was
the easy part. The challenge came with devising a system
that was prepped and ready to handle the management of a
2,800 home association. But rise to the challenge we did,
and we are now proud to serve Rock Creek and provide them
with our unparalleled level of service. And if Rock Creek
trusts that we can take care of all of its management needs,
we are confident that you can too.
From here, it is our intent to grow slowly,
but steadily, so as to ensure that we never fail to provide
the level of service that we promise. After handling an
HOA of 2,800 homes, we feel we are more than equipped to
handle HOA’s that reside in our target market-those that
have between 50 and 1,500 units, and are located in or along
